So I accidentally forgot to renew my Sisley subscription box in October so I got skipped on a month. I got my December one on Christmas Eve and didn’t get around to posting it until now so sorry guys. The Sisley subscription box is one of the best on the market. For $100 or less than $10 a month you get to try 5 of Sisley’s products. It’s well worth it’s value. The December box has a theme of The Best of 2017 which seems appropriate for a December box.
“Top Lists” abound at the end of each year. December’s Beauty Subscription cultivates the Top 5 to showcase the Best of 2017 from Sisley. Here’s your chance to try the year’s most exciting and in-demand, new Sisley-Paris products. Skincare-Makeup-Fragrance: Here’s our recap of the most beautifying introductions of the year. Happy New Year!
Black Rose Skin Infusion Cream A highlight of 2017: the newest gem in ‘cult’ Black Rose collection. Featuring extracts of the rare Black Rose plus two other extracts, for a hydrated, radiant complexion that appears smoother and “plumped up”.
Sisleya L’Integral Eye & Lip Contour Cream In addition to addressing eyes and lips, intensive botanical extracts work to visibly lift, brighten, smooth lines & wrinkles, and diminish under eye puffiness and dark circles.
White Ginger Contouring Oil for Legs Designed to put an end to tired, achy legs in 2017, this gel-like oil helps to relieve pain and boost circulation within the legs, while enhancing firmness and tone in the skin over time. Key ingredients add moisture and radiance as they soothe and restore the legs.
Instant Eclat This illuminating primer truly brightened up the year with its instant smoothing and energizing effect that leaves the complexion looking more luminous and youthful. The formula’s skincare benefits work day after day to strengthen the skin’s natural radiance.
Izia A stunning, modern scent that stands the test of time as a classic with its gorgeous bouquet of citrus, florals, greens, ambers and an intoxicating rose accord.
I love the Black Rose Skin Infusion Cream. It’s a gel cream with a heavier moisture level than the average gel cream. Still a gel cream nonetheless. This is for either layering or maybe only alone during the summer on combo to oily skin types. Dry skin can’t get away with this alone. I like layering it. I haven’t tried the Lip & Eye Contour Cream yet. It’s in my stash to pull out when I get an open slot.
I adore the White Ginger Contouring Oil for Legs. It’s this thicker gel oil texture with a warming sensation. I love the warming sensation it’s so cozy. The only reason I don’t buy a big one is that I never show off my legs anymore, I don’t wear body oils that often. If I was into rocking shorts and skirts all the time and wore oils on my legs normally I would be so into this. I love getting samples though as slathering it on my legs at night in the winter. It’s comforting. I’m sure I won’t be able to help myself and one day I’ll grab it and force myself to use it at home.
I haven’t tried the Instant Eclat yet as I’m working on the new Charlotte Tilbury primer for a bit. I really want to try it and I’m looking forward to playing with it in a bit. Izia is a bit too strong and floral for me. A bit sweet too. I’m not into strong white florals. It’ll suit many who love it, just not my cup of tea.
