I was at Sephora a few weeks back and noticed these new pearly luminescent Dior Diorskin Nude Air Luminizers. I was immediately drawn to shade 002 a pale pink beige.

With its virtually imperceptible texture, Diorskin Nude Air Luminizer reveals glowing skin for a radiantly luminous complexion. The universal shade can be adapted to any skin tone and comes with a mini kabuki brush. Applied in gentle touches, the powder highlights areas of the face to catch and reflect light.Â
It comes with a kabuki brush and blue velvet case. The chrome silver compact is weighty with a criss-cross pattern. The retail is a hefty $56 for the compact. The powder is thin in texture and has a weightless feel. It’s very pearly and borders on frosty, but no glitter at all. It’s very smooth and refined in feel. The luminizer is very pigmented, use a light hand and a wispy brush. Start light and build up intensity or it will be a frosty mess. There is no lack of glow with this one. It reminds me of MAC Extra Dimension highlighters and similar styles of frosty lightweight highlighters with a thin texture.
The color is a pale neutral pink beige suitable for pale to medium skin tones. Darker skin tones may prefer one of the other four shades. I think these are only available at Sephora. When I checked Nordstroms I only see shade 001 listed. I love the lightweight texture and the color is perfect for my light-medium skin tone. It borders on being too frosty but I just use the Wayne Goss Air Brush which applies it like a dream. No scary overdone frosty glow. I can’t imagine applying this with a kabuki brush it would be so less precise which I feel this luminizer needs. So that’s a waste for me as well as an added charge I could do without. Other than that it’s a fabulous powder highlight and I’ve been reaching for it a ton.
