Eufloria Botanicals: Antioxidant Skin Serum, Wild Chaga Revival & Moisturizer

Eufloria Botanicals is a small indie green beauty all natural skincare brand. They were kind enough to send a few things over that were on my wishlist. I have the Antioxidant Skin serum, Wild Chaga Revival & Wild Chaga Moisturizer to talk about.

Antioxidant Skin Serum–Details per Eufloria Botanicals:

This deliciously sweet and herbaceous serum will leave your skin feeling instantly tighter, brighter, and smoother. DMAE and MSM feed the formation of collagen, help firm the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines, while Hyaluronic Acid locks in moisture to give your skin a more youthful appearance. Made with White, Green, and Rooibos tea to protect against oxidative stress and calm inflammation, our Antioxidant Skin Serum replenishes at the same time it soothes.

  • DMAE is highly regarded for its tightening, firming, and wrinkle reduction effects on the skin.
  • MSM is known for slowing the loss of collagen and stabilizing connective tissue. It also works to boost collagen and keratin production while nutritionally supporting the condition of skin.

Ingredients

Aloe barbadensis (Organic Aloe) Juice, Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE), Simmondsia chinensis (Organic Jojoba) Oil, Aspalathus linearis (Organic Rooibos Tea) Extract, Emulsifying Wax, Camellia sinensis (Organic Green Tea) Extract, Vegetable Glycerin, Camellia sinensis (Organic White Tea) Extract, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Sodium Hyaluronate, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Salix nigra (Black Willowbark) Extract, Polysaccharide Gum (Xanthan Gum), Laurel (Laurus nobilis) Essential Oil, Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) Essential Oil.

This has a thicker hydrating serum texture. It has a light floral scent. I love the frosted glass bottle and pump dispenser. It has a great inci list with antioxidants rooibos tea, green tea, white tea, vitamin E & B3, plus hydrators like aloe, sodium hyaluronate and jojoba oil. MSM is one of my favorite ingredients. MSM is a sulfur compound found naturally in our bodies and some plants. You can take MSM as a supplement for joint health and it touts other uses and claims. It’s also been talked about as the beauty mineral to help with anti-aging and skin health. It does this by supporting collagen production and health, as well as being anti-inflammatory. DMAE has lots of mixed feelings towards it. Some studies show it’s harmful to skin, some show it’s anti-aging. I’ve never found it to be detrimental to my skin. The serum is hydrating and contains lots of tea based antioxidants plus my favorite MSM.

This is my absolute favorite item by the brand. It’s unique and chaga mushroom tea is the number one ingredient. I really wanted to love this moisturizer. It’s very hydrating. It has a pudding like texture. It has all the great ingredients of the mist and serum combined. But it adds coconut oil. Coconut oil is my number one comodogenic ingredient. It breaks me out whenever I use it. I can use the glycerides from coconut, or sometimes fractionated coconut oil. True coconut oil gives me breakouts, and sadly this did as well. If coconut oil doesn’t bother you this is a great product. It’s packed with chaga mushroom and antioxidants, even MSM. I’m sad it didn’t work out for me.
