I love the airless pump this comes packaged in. The cream has a lighter weight almost whipped but not really whipped texture. It’s got an airy creamy texture. The scent is minimal it’s almost non-existent. This cream has a calming feel on my skin. It’s moderately hydrating. It’s almost a lotion and cream hybrid. I wasn’t able to use this long enough to give you a good review as I only tested it a few times so far. I love the moderately hydrating and calming feel of this cream plus it’s not greasy at all. It left my skin super baby soft and hydrated.
It’s got aloe, shea butter and hyaluronic acid for hydrating ingredients. Comfrey, arnica and allantoin are calming. Gotu kola & horsetail are anti-inflammatory. It’s perfect for calming and reducing inflammation in skin. Cloudberry seed oil is abundant in oleic, linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids, vitamins A and E and plant sterols and high in antioxidants.
This months sidekick is Redness Rescue Cream.
Calm the appearance of redness and inflammation with Redness Rescue Cream(RRC) by Fitglow Beauty. An innovative plant blend called c3 lends a reparative quality to skin, diminishing signs of inflammation. Wakame Seaweed Extract provides a healthy, vital look to the complexion. And green mineral tint counteracts the look of redness. This cream offers a feeling of essential hydration in a non-greasy formula.
• A feeling of non-greasy hydration
• Diminished signs of redness and inflammation
• A revitalized looking complexion
Directions Apply on skin over serum or moisturizer to give an even and hydrated appearance. Perfect for use as a base and primer for foundation or a natural no-makeup look.
Aqua, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Oil*, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil**, C3 Blend [Symphytum Officinale (Comfrey)*, Calendula Officinalis (Calendula), Matricaria Chamomilla (Chamomile)], Undaria Pinnatifida Cell Culture Extract (Wakame Bioferment), Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Silica, Iron Oxides, Ultramarines, Sorbitol, Leuconostoc / Aloe Barbadensis Leaf / Sorbus Aucuparia Fruit Ferment Filtrate
This is in interesting cream product. It goes on after creams or lotions and before foundation. This comes in an airless pump and has a very lightweight milky almost liquid green chalk appearance. Sounds odd but it’s the zinc making it chalky looking. I’m guessing the green color comes form the seaweed though the iron oxides and ultramarines might be added tint. The green tone can help neutralize redness as it’s before foundation so that’s a bonus. This is designed for reducing redness and inflammation so the green tint might be popular for those who use this product. It’s hydrating from the sunflower and grape seed oils.
Calendula, comfrey and chamomile are calming and anti-inflammatory. Wakame Seaweed Extract is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and proteins. The B vitamins will help with inflammation. Zinc also helps promote a healthy immune system and healing of tissues, it’s also anti-inflammatory, an antioxidant and it helps regulate sebum production. I tend to dry out a little from zinc products. I do like using them in the summer to help keep me from getting shiny. Another interesting brand discovery by Beauty Heroes.
Though the February subscription box is closed now but you can subscribe for next month HERE.
