January Labs Advanced Eye Technology

I love January Labs skincare. A clean minimalist brand that delivers results. I’ve talked about a few of the lines products so far. Up next is the Advanced Eye Technology. Details per January Labs:

A concentrated eye treatment stimulates collagen and helps to promote firmness and elasticity. Effectively diminishes the appearance of puffiness, lines and wrinkles around the eyes with noticeable results in as few as 4 days.

This preventative anti-aging eye cream is a high performance peptide-rich formula that protects the skin around the delicate eye area and reveals an energized, youthful appearance.

Active Ingredients

  • Regu-age®: A clinically proven anti-aging peptide that lightens under-eye dark circles and minimizes puffiness.
  • Beta Glucan: Smoothes fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Tri-peptide anti-wrinkle compound: Clinically proven to enhance elasticity and significantly diminish deep wrinkles.
  • Pro Collagen amplifier with Stem Cell Extract: Lifts wrinkles and refines the skin’s surface.
  • Hyaluronic acid: Strengthens elasticity, hydrates, and repairs and plumps the skin.

Directions Apply in the morning and evening. Gently pat a very small amount around the eye area and allow the skin to absorb the product before applying your day or night cream. Follow with Restorative Tonic Mist for an added hydration and Stratum Barrier protection benefit.

This has such a lightweight texture. It was so perfect for days and summertime. I imagine anyone who loves a lighter weight eye cream will adore the light cream texture of this one. The scent is very minimal. Slight natural coconut and cream almost. No added scents here. Just natural ingredients. I love the minimal approach to January Labs.

This eye cream is soothing & hydrating. Rice bran protein is high in amino acids and soothing. Oxido Reductases is an antioxidant that reduces free radicals. Free radicals can cause inflammation & puffiness so blocking them will help with that issue. Soybean protein is rich in protein, lipids and vitamins. Beta-Glucan is a polysaccharide that has antioxidant and soothing properties. I helps with redness as well.

Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate is a neuro peptide which causes facial muscles to relax like a mild Botox. Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Extract or baker’s yeast is said to act in oxidative stress and improve skin conditions. You also have other soothing and hydrating ingredients like aloe, hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate and allantoin.

I found this eye cream hydrating, soothing light and refreshing. It’s simple yet contains peptides which is a must for my almost forty eyes. It’s well rounded and I would buy it again. I do wish it came in a pump versus a jar but that’s my only criticism. I hate eye cream jars. The product is delicious enough to forgive the jar.

  1. It’s weird this is a jar packaging, since January’s creams are in such wonderful air-tight bottles. Maybe because of its small size? I’ve tried this eye cream and enjoyed it a lot. My skin is on the dry side, but I felt this cream was hydrating enough for my delicate eye area. I would buy it again, but right now I’m not using much eye products.. I rarely have any puffiness so I take all serums up to the eye area! Wonderful review with great ingredient info, I learned something new.
