Le Metier de Beaute Indelible Eye Prism Moire: Review & Swatches

Every now and then I grab something I normally wouldn’t buy just to play. I’m not a big liquid eyeshadow fan normally. I do like Le Metier de Beaute. Their Indelible Eye Prism looked interesting and I’ve been on a cream eyeshadow kick trying to find good easy formulas. I hate the creasing of cream formulas, but love their ease of use. You can get ready quickly and still look polished with a single swipe of a cream or liquid eyeshadow.

Per Neiman Marcus: “The perfect compliment to our true color eye shadows, these weightless liquid shadows are indestructible, crease proof and radiant. The easy to apply, long wearing formula can be use alone or as a base for our true color eye shadows.” The retail is $38 for a 0.28 oz tube. These have a sponge applicator. The formula is light and glides on with ease. No streaky application. These are shimmery but not too sparkly or glittery. I grabbed shade Moire a shimmery neutral light to medium brown.

These do have a sheerness to them. They can be layered for more intensity. I find while it didn’t crease at all, which was great, this formula fades fast. By the time I got home from work it was pretty much gone. I work an 8 hour day. That was my major complaint about it. Otherwise, I loved the shade and texture.
