March Samples & Empties

Time for the March Samples & Empties Post. Sorry for my delay in posting this. I prefer to have it up by the last day of the following month. Quick thoughts about each starting above.

The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA: I love this stuff. It soothes my nose when it’s raw from colds, I use it on Ella’s cheeks in the cooler months at night as her moisturizer, it’s even pretty good as a hand cream. I love the new larger size tube as well. Review HERE.

Renee Rouleau Pro Results Power Serum: This was nice. It’s got glycolic, lactic and mandelic acids plus some green tea and allantoin for soothing. It’s a power packed AHA acid serum. Review HERE.

African Botanics Marula Resurrection Cell Recovery Serum: I adored this. If I didn’t have a few really nice night serums I plan on using for the next few months I would have repurchased this already. I will repurchase. Review coming.

Herbivore Botanicals Coco Rose Lip Balm: I liked the ingredients and coconut rose scent. It was very natural. I hate the pot balm and really wish this was in a stick format. It was a harder balm it could be in stick format.

NIOD Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex: This is hands down the best hyaluronic acid serum I’ve used. It has high and low molecular weights so you really get all the benefits from hyaluronic acid. I have two small ones in my cabinet from gift sets. This is a hero product for me. Review HERE.

The Ordinary “Buffet”: This was my second go with this. I like it as a hydrating peptide serum for my neck. It’s not my overall favorite peptide serum or product out there. Not sure that I’ll grab it again, maybe. Review HERE.

it Confidence in a Cream: This is a nice soothing quite hydrating cream. I like the rich texture but it’s not too greasy or oily. It’s nice but nothing I want to repurchase.

Herbivore Botanicals Coco Rose Body Polish: I love this if you haven’t already guessed. I go through one a month at least. Holy grail and review is HERE.

Kat Burki Balancing Elixir: I enjoyed this. I loved the scent. I prefer essences in general and while it was a lovely (and now discontinued) mist I wouldn’t repurchase.

IGK Beach Club: Adore this stuff. Easy to use the spray can. It gives waves that last all day with no frizz. It has just enough grit to have some hold to it still. Review coming.

Omorovicza Copper Peel: I love this quick two minute peel. It uses lactic acid and the sage oil is to die for. I repurchased. Review HERE. Hero product.

Nivea In-Shower Body Lotion Cocoa Butter: I use this on my off days from using Herbivore Botanicals Coco Rose. It’s cheap and it works. I love the light scent. Review HERE.

Sisley Eau de Campagne Moisturizing Body Lotion: This is the only perfumed scent I really like by Sisley. It’s a green herbal scent. I love the silky light yet really hydrating texture.

L’Occitane Hand Cream: This used to be a staple hand cream of mine. A little on the greasy end but it’s good.

Bioderma Matricium: There’s always a few of these tubes in my empties posts. This watery liquid heals any irritation with the skin with ease. Review HERE.

Tata Harper Clarifying Mask: I finished a mini up and have a full size to go through now. I love the green color and way it detoxes with out drying out my skin. Plus you get a little bonus scrub out of it. More to come soon.

Fresh Rose Face Mask: I love this, I’ve gone through countless jars. Review HERE.

Sunday Riley CEO Rapid Flash Brightening Serum: I like this serum. It works. It’s not my favorite. Review HERE.

Kate Somerville Wrinkle Warrior: This is like a hydrating thick gel slippery serum. It’s nice but didn’t have a huge wow factor for me.

Rahua Omega 9 Hair Mask: I love Rahua. Love the scent of their products. This manages to be hydrating while not being too heavy. I would purchase more.

African Botanics Buchu Botanical Enzyme Polish: I liked this. I like the base. The grit in the polish is a bit too harsh for me. The only African Botanics product that I didn’t like to date. You gotta have one right?

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara: This is nice, it’s volumizing without being too wet or glossy.

Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum: I liked this hydrating ginseng serum. I just got a big one as a Beauty Tap Daily Deal so more to come eventually.

Shiseido Facial Cotton: This used to be my holy grail facial cotton as it doesn’t shred. I have however, found a new one by Klairs. A really old discussion about them HERE.

Soo’ae Black Charcoal Hydrogel Mask: I liked this sheet mask. It has a gel hydrating style and it fit pretty well. I usually don’t like sheet masks but this one was good.

Klairs Gentle Deep Cleansing Oil: This was nice. I have so many cleansing oils so I wouldn’t buy it but there was nothing bad about it.

Amore Pacific Treatment Cleansing Oil: This was nice. Same as above, I just need any more right now.

JKosmmune Enzyme Cleansing Powder: I’m not really into the cleansing powders but it’s not bad, not drying.

Sisley Creme Reparatrice: I love this body lotion. It’s so divine. Minimal scent and so rich and hydrating yet not heavy or greasy.
