Tria Age Defying Laser

Just got it today, let’s see what happens. It takes 12 weeks to go the full round of treatments.

Here’s the description from Sephora:

The Age-Defying Laser sends targeted beams of light deep within the skin to support natural collagen production the exact same way that the professional treatments do. It treats skin from within: beams of light penetrate the skin to create microscopic zones of cellular disruption. The skin feels warm, but the surface is left undisturbed. It stimulates natural healing: the body’s natural healing process springs to action, working to rapidly heal the treated areas by stimulating natural collagen production. It supports new collagen: as new collagen forms, fine lines, wrinkles, and imperfections are naturally sloughed away.

I’m hoping to have an effect on my forehead wrinkles and brown spots. Notice the device says it is only FDA approved for crow’s feet. However, if you read the reviews it shows people are getting help in many areas of skin aging.

Edit 6/3/15: I thought I would add that I have been unable to use this for the full time needed, I made it a month then found out I was pregnant and with my skin being so sensitive I stopped using this for now. I will start up again with it sometime in September of this year as I really want to try it, and after one month last year I did have a slight improvement in my forehead fine lines, which came back after stopping use.
