In my Cultbeauty freebie bag, from around late November, came this Ying Yu small jade facial roller. I actually thought it was for eyes at first, which is what I have been using it for, but it seems to be a small facial roller. It works great for eyes and was perfect timing as well, as I was just wanting a La Mer eye roller that comes with their eye creams for the same purpose. This retails for about $31. The cooling rollers help deputy and sooth the undereye area. I use it after applying a serum or cream one to help massage it in, and two then it doesn’t tug at the skin as if you tried it while dry.
Per Cultbeauty: This facial roller is made of pure Jade, a cleansing stone used in Chinese medicine for centuries to aid the body’s filtration organs and lymph system to expel toxins. Use the baby roller around the eye area to aid lymph drainage and blood flow, eliminating dark circles, puffiness and plumping out wrinkles. It also rolls away the tension and stress that build up between your brows. Hot tip: store it in the fridge and use when you have a headache.
This is a great little device, I like it. I would recommend one or something similar. It’s quite soothing. I don’t have to store mine in the fridge either, the cubbard makes it cool enough.
