ORIBE Bright Blonde Radiance & Repair Treatment: Review

When I first ordered ORIBE Bright Blonde Radiance & Repair Treatment I thought it was going to be a leave in treatment like a serum. It’s actually a shower treatment to replace a conditioner. Details per Oribe:

Stay bright with our restorative silkening treatment specially formulated for blondes. This lightweight concentrate repairs and prevents damage, brittleness and split ends leaving hair ultra-soft while violet pigments tone to keep brassiness at bay.

Benefits

  • Repairs damaged, porous blonde hair
  • Instantly brightens and tones brassiness
  • Treats existing damage and prevents future damage
  • Immediately increases elasticity and softens dry, brittle strands
  • Won’t weigh down baby fine blonde hair
  • Seals split ends

How To Use

After shampooing, mist generously through clean, damp hair. Leave on for one to three minutes. Rinse. Use once a week in place of a conditioner or as needed.

Key Ingredients

Oribe Signature Complex (Watermelon, Lychee and Edelweiss Flower Extracts) defends hair from oxidative stress, photoaging and the deterioration of natural keratin all while protecting from the drying, damaging and color-depleting effects of the elements.

Blend of Moringa, Olive and Sunflower Oils treats the hair shaft to provide damage repair and deep hydration.

Proteomic Restoration Protein mimics the hair structure to target damage and repair split ends for healthier looking hair.

Blend of Artichoke and Rosemary Leaf Extracts strengthens hair to prevent future damage from brushing, styling and the elements.

Pea Extract restores softness and elasticity for hair that is visibly less damaged, porous and brittle.

Pure Violet Pigment removes brassiness and yellow tones from blonde and highlighted hair.

Brightening Complex (Lemon, Ginger Root and Chamomile Extracts) optimizes shade, tonality and luminosity.

Purple Orchid Extract, known as the flower of longevity, repairs damaged hair, conditions and prevents moisture loss.

Besides being a completely different type of product than I thought it was, this is a thin runny liquid textured product and I figured there was no way it could be hydrating enough to replace a conditioner. I was wrong. You spray this on your wet hair in the shower, then leave on and rinse. It feels like nothing is on your hair at all in the shower. It’s not heavy at all. The purple shimmery tint adds a hint of purple tone to reduce brassiness to my died blonde hair. The purple tint isn’t very noticeable.

What I was so impressed by with this product was it’s ability to hydrate my hair yet be lightweight and no added weight or heaviness at all. My hair looks glossy and just feels plain good after using it. It’s completely hydrating enough for a liquid. Which is just surprising. It can actually replace a conditioner. I has the usual Oribe floral scent. I have to use probably a dozen sprays or so to really get my hair coated well enough. So far this has lasted pretty good, I haven’t even begun to run out yet and I’ve used it a fair amount of times.
