The theme for the September Sephora Play! Subscription Box is Fall Into Beauty. See full details of the Sephora Play! subscription box on the Subscription Box Info Page under the Bookmark tab above. The bag this month is a pink satin drawstring. Their bags are always so cute.

The Benefit Gimme Brow was sent in shade medium which is too dark for me so I couldn’t use it. I’ll try the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eye Liner in black one day. I don’t really use liquid eyeliner. But I’ll try it eventually. I haven’t tried the Devacurl mask yet but I will. I just haven’t gotten around to it yet. The Laura Mercier lipstick is a shimmery burgundy. I like the idea of matte shimmery color but burgundy looks terrible on me. So that one will be given away.
I actually haven’t tried the Belif The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb yet. I’ve tried the gel. It’s in my stash for testing out later. I have a few things I really want to use right now so some samples are in the closet for now. I’ve used the Clean Reserve Sel Santal before and I love sea scents so it’s good. I’m not into fig scents so I haven’t tried the Citron Fig.
Overall, this box was on the low end of my favorites. There was nothing really exciting for me in it. I haven’t been a huge fan so far of the Sephora Play! Box. It’s really so hit or miss for me. Some months it’s good, some months it’s just a big sigh. How are you all liking your Sephora Play! subscription boxes?
I have one other question for you guys. Will you please comment and let me know if you like seeing these subscription box posts on the blog or would you be OK with them on Instagram only? I’m debating moving these posts to Instagram only. I’d love to know whether or not you really like coming here to see these posts or would be OK with Instagram only.
