Belif is a fairly new brand to me. I've only tried a few things from their line. I was never into the regular Aqua Bomb as much as everyone else. However, when I saw the new Aqua Bomb Sleeping Mask pop up on Sephora I grabbed it as I've been really curious about sleeping masks. The stunning blue hue and fun pudding like texture helped spur my decision to buy it as well. Details per Belif:

I know a lot of people tend to use a sleeping mask instead of a moisturizer. I have a hard time with that as my skin is drier at night and typically requires more than a sleeping mask gel cream style hydrator overnight. If I use one instead of a cream I end up with a dry face halfway through the night. Now I have tried sleeping masks over my night cream and find that dries me out too oddly. I still wake up with a dry face. I didn't give up & kept trying to layer and find the way the worked for me. My sweet spot for adding in a sleeping mask seems to be after my oil but before my night cream. It's kind of like an extra hydrating layer overnight. Some sleeping masks are actually pretty light and they fit into a layering category quite well.
It has a thick pudding like texture and a light glossy blue hue. This has a light citrus floral scent from the essential oils. It's not too strong of a scent. This sleeping mask by Belif is easily the most hydrating sleeping mask I have ever tried. It's thicker than the average sleeping mask. This gives a pretty occlusive seal. Don't think of that as a bad thing, it just means it holds in all those under layers better. My skin is easily plumped up in the morning after one use. I would apply a thin layer of this you don't need a heavy one. Aqua Bomb Sleeping Mask has soothers oat kernel extract, calendula and aloe, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory powerhouse tumeric plus a long list of various herbal and flower extracts: Scottish heather (anti-inflammatory), feverfew (anti-inflammatory), catnip (antioxidant), wild indigo (anti-stress), chickweed (soothing), lady's mantle (healing), horsetail (regenerative), nettle (soothing, has anti-histamine properties), neem (anti-inflammatory), ivy gourd fruit (antioxidant, antiglycation), eggplant fruit (antioxidative, anti-inflammatory), holy basil (antioxidant) & seaweed (vitamin rich).
The funnest part about this sleeping mask is it's memory texture. It settles back down to a glass like flat sheen a few minutes after you use it. I think this is a great sleeping mask. It's intensely hydrating. Just keep in mind it's the most hydrating and richest sleeping mask I've tested. Plus it does have silicone. So oily or acne prone skin types may be careful with this during the summer. Dry skin should be able to use it whenever. I don't see why this couldn't be a day gel cream if you have combo skin. This is definitely a big plumping & hydrating style sleeping mask.
