I've been using this JKosmmune Serum for some time now so it's time for a review. I love the hydrating and soothing effects of beta glucan so I jumped on the chance to try this serum. JKosmmune has several other beta glucan products in their line but as a serum addict that's what I had to try. Details per JKosmmune:

Ingredients
Water, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Beta Glucan, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Butylene Glycol
This serum comes packaged in a plastic bottle and has a dropper style dispenser. The serum has a fairly light texture & is a hydrating style serum. It's thinner than a gel but thicker than water. The serum is fragrance free and works for all skin types. I love that it's a larger 50ml bottle versus the typical 30ml for most serums. Considering it retails for $46 that makes it a pretty decent deal.
The ingredient list is very minimal. Water, glycerin for hydration, beta glucan, portulaca oleracea extract aka purslane is a succulent that has soothing and antioxidant properties, centella asiatica extract aka gotu kola is an antioxidant that can stimulate the synthesis of collagen. Beta glucan is naturally derived from mushrooms, yeast, plants and algae. It's regenerative, hydrating, soothing & anti-inflammatory.
The beta glucan in JKosmmune is different than the typical beta glucan derived from yeast or other beta glucans. It's naturally fully exposed meaning it's not encapsulated in its natural state so it doesn't need chemical processing. The JKosmmune beta glucan is not modified or processed and it contains high concentrations of beta glucan. This serum has 97% beta glucan or 5,000 PPM (parts per million). I got these details from JKosmmune and they are purely for the skincare geek.
I found this lightweight serum to be an effective moisturizer & hydrator. It's calming and soothing to my skin, layers well with everything and due to it's lightweight nature it shouldn't add any heavy or extra feel to a routine. This product suits any skin type. It just adds pure soothing hydration. I would completely recommend it and purchase it again*.
*I did receive this bottle for review but all thoughts are my own
