One of the most extravagant things I bought myself last year was the La Bella Figura The Capsule Collection. I’ve only been into La Bella Figura for a year or more so I’m not sure but I believe this is a seasonal item that relaunches every year. I know it sells out quickly. I was lucky enough to grab one when it went on 50% off sale for the founder Victoria’s birthday. The Capsule Collection is kind of like a skincare enthusiasts cream. It gives you a bunch of different elements you can mix together to create your own skincare concoctions. Or you can follow the recipe cards that come with the set.

This beautiful delicate spoon was designed by Victoria and handmade by a South Carolina jewelry artist in pure sterling silver. Each sphere spoon is completely unique.
White Ceramic Mixing Bowl
Our multifaceted mixing bowls are glazed on the inside and made of raw porcelain on the outside. Blend or mix serums, oils and create potent elixirs in this little gem. Hand and dishwasher safe.

There are three oils, three hydrosols and three gel concentrates along with a cleansing balm & two extract spheres. The oils are a nice smooth high quality as I would expect from la Bella Figura. I’ve never tried hydrosol by itself so I cannot speak to quality or anything but they have a water like consistency as expected.

The Cleansing Balm has a nice light gel oil balm texture. It’s similar to The Clean Slate but softer in texture. Oddly I like it better than The Clean Slate because I love the softer texture.

I adore these Gel Concentrates. They have a nice gel serum texture. The three concentrates have different purposes. Vitamin C + Papaya is geared towards antioxidants and brightening. Vitamin D + Mushroom is geared towards firmness and skin health with adaptogenic mushrooms. Vitamin A + Carrot is geared towards skin repair with antioxidants and vitamin a rich carrots.

The Extract Spheres are probably one of my favorite items things in this set. I love the idea of these cute little spheres holding a splash of concentrated nutrients. Plus they’re really fun to squish open. They get slippery though so be careful when you smash them to open them. You remove them from the jar with the special slotted silver spoon.

This is a really fun set. I love the chemistry look of the box cover and the idea of making your own skincare combinations. The bowl is gorgeous with it’s unique geometric shape. The real silver spoon is so dainty and lightweight, it’s absolutely gorgeous the two of these together. I wish you could buy some of these separately. I find myself going through a few faster than others. I would buy the Aronia Spheres all the time as I love those things! That and the Vitamin D + Mushroom concentrate. Luckily my prayers are answered as La Bella Figura made a Vitamin D serum you can buy separately. I just need those berry spheres for life. I’d like to buy that cleansing balm separately too. It’s most definitely an extravagant set for $490. It’s full on luxury quality and has a fun novelty effect. It’s not for everyone but at half off I couldn’t resist. I try to use this on the weekends as my self care ritual. I think I bought it in November so keep your eye out in October to see if it comes back into stock.
