Current Product Obsessions

Here's some of my current product obsessions from the last few weeks. It's been getting warmer and warmer here, not to mention the humidity has also increased significantly. This means I have been tailoring my skincare and makeup needs more towards lighter formulas.

I just started using Kat Burki's Form Control Marine Collagen Gel at night. It's a lovely light gel serum that smells heavenly like cucumbers. I've become quite addicted to the scent of Kat Burki's products. I find it refreshing, hydrating and it makes my skin feel overall more hydrated and happy. More to come on this one.

Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate is a nice new addition to the Clinique Moisture Surge line. It's a gel serum style that's thinner, fluid & more hydrating than the original formula in a pot. I like the pump dispenser and the ability to layer it under lotions or creams for a customized approach. Best of all it won't break the bank.

I love OSKIA Nutri-Active Day Cream. It's really more like a lotion. It's a thinner weight lotion that is actually really hydrating. It's calming and I love the ingredients. I pull it out every spring. Review here.

Cle De Peau Beaute Cream Blush in Perfect Peach is perfect for this time of year. It's a cream blush that won't melt off your face in the heat. It also adds the perfect amount of peachy nude pink to my cheeks. Review here.

Zelens Extreme Velvet Lipstick in Nude Beige is the perfect nude pink. It's not too light, not too dark. It's very much a your lips but better nude with the most amazing hydrating comfort matte formula. This is the nude I wanted Charlotte Tilbury's Pillow Talk and Super Cindy to be. More to come.

I've been reaching for Charlotte Tilbury's Wonderglow a lot lately for my shimmer under my foundation. It's lightweight and not too glittery with the perfect amount of champagne glow. Review here and here.

I recently grabbed both of SUQQU's new brow products. The Liquid Eyebrow Pen in Camel is amazing. I could never try it before but they finally added an almost blonde shade. The tapered tip is very precise and the light tint of color gives an extremely natural look. I quite like it. More to come.

I was excited to try Cle de Peau's new Radiant Stick Foundation in Ochre. When it came in the mail I was shocked how tiny it was for the price. It really set me back when I saw the size. I'm not sure if it's fortunately or unfortunately that the formula is fabulous. Fortunately because that makes me feel better about dumping a lot of money on it, unfortunately because I will go through it fast and want another which means a pricey repurchase. This is a lightweight water based formula that feels so cooling on. It's prefect for summer and hot climates. Amazingly enough for being lightweight the formula sets like iron after a few minutes and actually lasts most the day. This review is coming very shortly.
