Time for the June samples and empties post. Quick thoughts about each item. Starting left to right:
SpaceNK Hand Lotion Mandarin Tea: This was OK, I bought it on sale to get free shipping last year. Prefer many other hand creams more. But it did last a while.
Briogeo Blossom & Bloom Volumizing Conditioner: Got this from BeautyDNA, it was nice. Not heavy and didn't weigh my hair down. So depends what you're looking for in a conditioner, but definitely very lightweight.
Phyto Phytojoba Mask: This is maybe the third tub of this I've gone through. It's a lightweight mask, no strong scent. It's almost more like a conditioner than a mask, it's not a heavy moisturizer, it doesn't weigh my hair down at all.
Mio Boob Tube+: I got this as a freebie, I don't think I would have bought it. I didn't notice a huge difference really for the maybe two weeks use I got out of it. It was moisturizing.
Secret Outlast Clear Gel Unscented: Finished the first one, loved it, on second now. No white marks, and enough for humid Houston so far. It's better than the solid.
Tata Harper Redefining Body Balm: I'm currently using this as my stretch mark balm, see my post here on it, I just happened to get a sample with an order too.
Zelens Transformer Instant Renewal Mask: I've finished a few of these, it's OK. I notice some softness and moisture after using, but I never feel the wow results I feel like I should for the brand and the price. I love Zelens, they're one of my favorites, but just not this product.
Fresh Creme Ancienne Soft Cream: I've always been curious about this, the regular cream seems too heavy, so like the La Mer Soft Cream this has a lighter texture. It was a nice texture, moisturized well. I don't think I really got any big results beyond moisture, not enough to make me spend the hefty price tag on it.
Chantecaille Rose de Mai Cream: This was more of a gel cream, it was OK, moisturized like a gel cream. I didn't feel any wow factor from it.
Omorovicza Rejuvenating Night Cream: This I've finished multiples of, great moisturizing night cream. I tend to use this on my neck as its a touch too heavy for my face. I use samples of it, but I have yet to want to really buy a full size and make it my night neck cream.
REN Flash Rinse 1 Minute Facial: I realize now that the sample I got was bad, it was brown and after getting a new sample I see it's supposed to be jade green, not brown. It must have been exposed to air somehow. No wonder I didn't think it did much of anything. I'll comment again when I finish the current green sample I'm working on.
Estee Lauder Enlighten Night Serum: This wasn't bad. It was silky and I felt it made my neck a touch brighter or more even overall.
La Mer The Treatment Lotion: I've used this multiple times in the past. It's OK, I never really notice much from it more than a quick hydration fix since it's a thin gel or thicker liquid style toner.
Sunday Riley Start Over Eye Cream: I've been using a big bottle of this for a while, I got this smaller sample and used it while moving. I notice when I stop using it my dark circles get worse. When I finish the full size bottle I'll do a review. I cut the top off of this to get it all out as an FYI for why the picture looks odd.
Armani Black Ecstasy Mascara: This was OK, not nearly as good as the original Eyes to Kill. It does some thickening, but not like I like it. If you like more defininition or length with less volume you might like this more. It also took a bit of extra work to get it not clumpy and right, just not as good as my favorite Eyes to Kill.
Bare Minerals Lash Domination Mascara: This was terrible, I used it once and tossed. The wand sucks, it was clumpy and not at all what I like in a mascara, too spidery.
Whish Shave Cream Acai Grapefruit: This was OK, I like Whish's formula, the fruit scents tend to be too overpowering and sweet for me, like this one.
Alterna Caviar Repair Protein Cream: This was OK, I like Oribe's Supershine Light better. It didn't add a great shine, nor a huge amount of moisture, not like most serums or hair creams I'm used to.
Sisley Black Rose Face Oil: I've used this before, it's nice, for what it is it's just way overpriced I would never pay full price for it.
Radical Skin Perfecting Screen SPF 30: Loved this, it was lightweight, not greasy, no white cast. I'll be doing a sunscreen post soon and talk about it more.
Josie Maran Argan Oil Daily Moisturizer SPF 47: This was OK, a little greasy. I don't like my moisturizer and sunscreen together, I like to choose separately so I'll never buy for that reason alone.
Tata Harper Purifying Cleanser: I've tried this a few times, it's nice I like it. It's on my wishlist for a full size.
YSL Touche Eclat No2: I prefer my Shiseido Sheer Eye Zone over this for circles, I never really liked the Touch Éclat much as a highlight. I actually prefer the No1 pink shade for circles over this.
Wish Formula Panda Eye Essence Mask: Second time I've used these, I notice good moisture and some overall brightness after use. I always feel weird wearing these types of masks like they're going to fall off, but they never do.
Clinique Moisture Surge Gel-Creme: I like it, it's a good gel type moisturizer. I prefer my Zelens Z Matrix so I wouldn't buy this one, but it's good.
Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser: I never tried this in the past because I thought the apricot shells would be too rough, but they're actually very fine and not abrasive at all. I like it and a full size is on my wishlist right now for when I run out of some other similar cleansers.
Tata Harper Rejuvenating Hand Cream: Loved this, smells fabulous, very moisturizing but not greasy. As I figured it's expensive for a small tube. It just came out and I bought the full size, it's $45 for a 50 ml tube. I'll do a review coming up.
