OSKIA is one of my favorite skincare brands ever. I completely adore the British brand. The natural brand focuses on delivering nutrients to skin. The OSKIA Floral Water is a divine example of a gentle and hydrating toner. Details per OSKIA:
A delicate and refreshing toner, an essential part of both morning and evening rituals for all skin types, made from pure organic Rose Hydrolat distilled from fresh hand-harvested petals to leave skin soft, clean and conditioned. MSM, Rose Water & Vitamin B5 condition, calm and sooth. Hibiscus gently purifies and exfoliates.
We hand-harvest our roses to prevent petal bruising which can affect the gentle perfume and delicate actives.
Key Actives:
ORGANIC ROSE WATER rejuvenates, hydrates, softens and calms.
HIBISCUS inhibits the activity of the enzyme elastase (which is responsible for breaking down our skin’s precious elastin) to help keep skin firm and supple. It also contains natural AHA’s including exfoliating Citric Acid and Malic Acid, helping to speed up cell turnover, resulting in a more even looking skin tone. Rich in Anthocyanocides (a form of anti-oxidants) to help protect skin against free-radical damage. It is gentle and kind and shouldn't be confused with strong acid-based exfoliating toners.
MSM calms redness and irritation.
VITAMIN B5 conditions and soothes stressed skin. It helps to improve the skin's barrier function and promotes healing.
BLACK CARROT JUICE rich in carotenoids, helps protect against free-radical damage.
I will admit I had gotten away from non-acid toners for a while. This gentle hydrating toner by OSKIA and another I recently discovered got me back into using a non-acid toner at night. Toners are thin liquids that are actually like a last step in cleansing. After a morning cleanse I use an acid toner, at night after double cleansing I've been using a gentle non-acid toner. Toners help remove leftover residue from cleansing, hard water minerals, restore balance and pH back to the skin before continuing onto your skincare regimen. Apply to a cotton square and wipe the skin after cleansing. Then I follow with an essence and serums.
Floral Water by OSKIA is a rose water based toner. Rose water is soothing, hydrating, anti-inflammatory, an antioxidant, has antimicrobial & astringent properties, has mood boosting benefits (think calming) and balances pH. I like versions that are mixed with other actives and alcohol free, like this version by OSKIA. This toner is simple with a short inci list. In addition to the rose water it has hibiscus extract which has natural low doses of AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) and contains antioxidants. MSM is a sulfur compound that calms and reduces irritation while panthenol (vitamin B5) is soothing. This has black carrot juice which is interesting. I love regular carrot extract for it's antioxidant benefits. It's really rich in beta carotene which is good for fighting free radicals.
I love the frosted glass bottle this comes in. Very nice. It has a natural rose scent, it's light and completely natural. No fake artificial rose. It's almost slightly warm in nature. I think the warmth comes from the carrot, it gives this a less sweet rose scent which I completely love. I'm addicted to it's scent. It you want a nice rose water toner with extra benefits this is a great one to look at. I would completely repurchase.

I have always wanted to try Oskia. But when I tried to place an order, my credit card company questioned the charge immediately. I changed my mind about the order and withdrew it. A few days later, several fraudulent charges appeared on my card, which did not trigger a credit alert , including 2 very large attempted orders from NetAPorter!! Coincidence? I dont think so! I do not know if it was a phishing site posing as Cult Beauty, but online shoppers, be aware!!
So in my own personal experience some debit cards freak over cult beauty as it's an international website. I get a call from my fraud dept every time I place an order. Literally. But the site is totally legit. I have no explanation why you got other charges as they're not related sites (that I know of). I've never had that happen. But yes I've gotten a call on almost every international site I pay with on my debit card but not credit cards. I think it depends on the card
