Perricone MD was one of my first skincare brand loves. They helped me into the dark side of department store or luxury skincare versus drugstore. It was the first time I could really use a brand to target my issues versus a general drugstore line. While I have branched out into what feels like a zillion different brands over the years, Perricone MD still holds a special place in my heart and I still like to play with their new launches.
Recently added to the Perricone MD line is the H2 Elemental Energy Collection. Switch on your skin’s natural cellular energy with Perricone MD’s proprietary H2 Energy Complex™ to experience visible rejuvenation, advanced hydration and radiant-looking skin. I grabbed a mini set from Ulta and was excited to try out the new line for a cheaper price. I love minis for that reason.

The Hydrating Cloud Cream is a gel cream texture. It's lightweight, cooling and refreshing. This is not heavy and I loved it in the summer. It's not a heavy gel cream so the lightweight texture was easy to layer. This had no scent and should be good for oily skin types as well as dry, just layer it with whatever you need. While I liked it, I love Perricone's Hyalo Plasma by leaps and bounds more. This was nice but I would recommended you try the Perricone MD Hyalo Plasma more.

This product has a gel cream texture. It's mildly hydrating, has no scent and isn't irritating in any way. I found it was refreshing and did de-puff some though only temporary. While it was soothing and hydrating I probably wouldn't repurchase because I prefer other eye creams I have more.
Hydrating Booster Serum was designed to help counteract the look and feel of very dry, stressed skin by providing deep moisture and optimizing skin’s water balance.
Over time damage to the skin leads to slowing down of cell energy and loss of moisture. It can be extremely difficult to provide skin with the hydration it needs to look and feel healthy if this natural change is made worse by internal or external factors such as stress or air travel.
- Refines skin texture and appearance.
- Improves skin radiance and brightness.
- Soothes and hydrates stressed skin.
- Easily layers with creams and lotions to enhance hydrating benefits.

This was a clear thin hydrating serum. It's soothing and hydrating. It has no scent and was easy to layer. This was nice in the summer to add an extra layer of hydration. This has a bit of slip to it and absorbs quickly. I liked it but it wasn't anything really spectacular. I definitely prefer my other hydrating serums like NIOD MMHC to this. Similar texture and NIOD has more ingredients I like in it.
The concept of this Hydrogen line was fascinating and all the textures in this line were light, refreshing and hydrating. They can suit oily skin types well because they're so light & yet work for combo, normal and dry skin types with layering to suit your needs. The hydration was nice and light, it just never felt like this line was that really spectacular or jaw dropping. It didn't stand out if you know what I mean. I personally wouldn't repurchase as I have similar items I like better from other lines. I think they're good hydrating products if they work for you.
