I seem to always gravitate towards the Tom Ford holiday or soleil collection. One limited edition sucks me in and two it’s usually a stunning collection. This year is Soleil Neige and I grabbed the Eye Color Quad and Balm Frost. The Soleil Neige Eye Color Quad in First Frost is neutral heaven. It has the wet and dry formula that I love the most from the brand. Details per Tom Ford:

The quad has a neutral feel overall with a shimmering vanilla, light neutral pink, medium brown and medium deep cooler brown. I love the multi-dimensional shimmer in this quad and the light, buildable texture is always perfection in these wet to dry quads. It’s truly Tom Ford’s best formula as far as eyeshadows. There’s not a huge variation as far as depth in the two browns but I adore them both. If you’re a neutral brown lover you’ll love it. I love mid tone shimmering browns. They’re my favorite. I really do wish the pans were able to be depotted as I would collect more Tom Ford quads and rearrange them.
Balm Frost is a lip balm described as translucent pink with gold shimmer. Details per Tome Ford:

It’s really a clear lip balm with gold shimmer. It’s hydrating and ever so slightly gritty. Though the grit is tolerable and not that noticeable. The texture of the balm is nice but keep in mind the glitter coating is only on the outside. Once you wear it off it’s basically clear with a hint of gold shimmer. For me it was mostly clear and I would consider this a pass. Nice luxe packaging and cool looking, but expensive for clear balm. The eye quad however was fabulous and I recommend if you like neutrals and Tom Ford. I wanted to get swatches up for you prior to the Sephora sale later this week.
