Kahina Giving Beauty: Oil Cleanser & Facial Cleanser

I’ve been playing with a few Kahina Giving Beauty cleansers. I started with the Facial Cleanser which is a light creamy cleanser. Details per Kahina Giving Beauty:

Wash away impurities without stripping your skin of its natural oils. Kahina facial cleanser is naturally scented with neroli essential oils extracted from orange flower blossoms and herbaceous Moroccan blue tansy.

High concentrations of Vitamin E and fatty acids in argan oil, coupled with organic willow bark and papaya extracts to:

• Replace moisture loss
• Eliminate toxins and impurities
• Gently tone and exfoliate
• Brighten skin

Directions Use morning and evening before moisturizing. Apply 2-3 pumps to moist skin in a circular motion. Rinse with water or tissue off, as preferred. Removes most eye makeup.

I will start off with this is a huge bottle of cleanser. This is a 200ml 6.7 oz bottle. It’s got such a pretty design on the black glass bottle as well. It comes with a pump which is perfect. This has a light creamy cleanser texture. It’s perfect for a morning cleanse or second cleanse. It has a light clean scent. I love that it manages to never strip my skin, leaving it soft and hydrated. I feel like the bottle is so huge I’ll never finish it before it goes bad. Though I see they just introduced a 100ml size bottle which is good.

I love the aloe base combined with hydrating sunflower & argan oils plus glycerin. You have natural salicylic acid from willow bark extract. You have some of my favorite flower extracts like neroli, rosemary and calming/soothing chamomile & blue tansy. Papaya extract provides gentle exfoliation with its enzymes. I loved this as a creamy cleanser. It’s soothing and hydrating. This won’t remove all your makeup but it pairs really well with the Oil Cleanser.

The Oil Cleanser is one of my favorite oil cleanser discoveries of the year. Details per Kahina Giving Beauty:

This Oil Cleanser won the Excellence in Green Beauty Award by A Night for Green Beauty this year and I can see why. This oil cleanser uses sunflower & argan oil as a base with carrot oil, calendula, turmeric, neroli and blue tansy oils. I love carrot oil for its rejuvenating effects as it’s high in vitamins A, C & E. Calendula and blue tansy are calming and soothing. There’s just something about blue tansy. Turmeric has high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Neroli is one of my favorite essential oils I just adore the scent.

This oil cleanser has quite a bit of my favorite oils. It’s a really nice cleansing oil. It does emulsify but I find it doesn’t rinse clean fully. Almost. I like to use a cloth to remove it. The Oil Cleanser will remove every bit of makeup and SPF with ease while leaving my skin soft and hydrated. I love following this Oil Cleanser with the Facial Cleanser.
