Omorovicza Magic Moisture Mist

I love Omorovicza. The brand has been a staple of mine for over four years. I always get excited when they launch a new product because my skin loves their products. The latest launch is the Magic Moisture Mist which is a bi-phase hydrating mist. Details per Omorovicza:

I love that Omorovicza has an Ingredients Glossary and you can visit it HERE.

I’ve been using the Queen of Hungary Mist for years. I love the fine spray it has and the Hungarian Thermal Water is magical for my skin. This new Magic Moisture Mist is an oil and water two phase mist so you will get a lot more moisture from the oils in this mist. This mist hydrates with macadamia, wheat germ, borago, rosehip, safflower, sunflower, evening primrose, olive, sweet almond, apricot, jojoba & avocado oils.

Omorovicza hasn’t done too many essential oil products in the past. I first noticed it in the recently launched Moor Cream Cleanser. Magic Moisture Mist contains orange peel, lavender, bitter orange (neroli), eucalyptus, rose geranium, peppermint & roman chamomile essential oils. Beyond adding a fragrance some of these essential oils has astringent properties. As a result of the essential oils Magic Moisture Mist has a stronger scent with a mint, green and earthy floral edge compared to the light orange flower scented Queen of Hungary Mist. It’s not heavily scented so it should be OK for most but I know some avoid essential oils in all cases. Queen of Hungary Mist only uses flower waters it does not contain essential oils.

Queen of Hungary Mist is a basic mist, Magic Moisture Mist an oil and mist hybrid. It gives a dewier finish and is more hydrating. It’s like a well rounded facial oil and mist in one. The packaging is divine like always for Omorovicza. A luxe frosted glass bottle with a super fine spray. I love the mister they use. I wish I could have this fine mister in many other mists I own. Magic Moisture Mist also has a few extras like yeast extract, tomato leaf cell culture & rosemary leaf extract. Yeast is a good form of beta glucan which hydrates and provides some antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Tomato leaf cell culture is plant stem cells that have been shown to have antioxidant benefits by helping protect skin from heavy metal toxins. Rosemary leaf extract has astringent & wound healing benefits in addition to smelling fantastic.
