Time for the April Samples & Empties Post. Quick thoughts about each starting above.
Sally Hershberger 24K Supreme Stylist Dry Shampoo: I like this one. No white cast and it's not really powdery or heavy feeling. It does work pretty well though so it's got a bit more of a matte finish on the hair. However I do like IGK, Hair by Sam McKnight & Kristin Ess better.
eos Shave Cream Vanilla Bliss: Love this stuff to death. Cheap and it works. Review HERE. I've bought more than I can count.
Drunk Elephant Protini: Love this gel cream. It's a huge favorite. It gives me bouncy, hydrated skin that's increased in elasticity. Review HERE & I've already cracked open jar two.
Paula's Choice Resist Daily Pore Refining Treatment: Love this stuff. Took forever to use as I don't need it much anymore. Great at clearing the nose pores out or for breakouts/bacne. I talked about it on Instagram and a bit HERE. I need a new one, it's a staple to keep around the house.
Brooklyn Botany Himalayan Salt Scrub: Loved this one. Fine scrub. Just enough oils left behind. I would definitely buy again.
Herbivore Coco Rose Body Polish: My all time favorite body scrub. I typically go through one a month. Review HERE.
Alpha-H Liquid Gold Rose Hand Cream: I liked this one but I love the Age Delay version a ton more. This ones a bit too light.
Peach & Lily KBEAUTY Rescue Balm: I liked this. Great for rough areas in the winter. I loved this on my feet at night. Review HERE.
IGK Down & Out Dirty Spray: Loved this. It's a bit heavier of hold & texture than the Beach Waves spray which is my all time favorite. If you want more texture get this one, lighter get the IGK Beach Waves one. Review HERE.
Dr. Lily Ros Organics Deodorant: I liked this one. Creamy texture. Gorgeous Bamboo & Cherry Blossom scent. Review HERE.
Native Deodorant: I love this deodorant. One of my favorites that I've tried yet. The Coconut & Vanilla scent is perfect. Review HERE.
Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum: Adore this stuff to death. 15% ascorbic acid and it works wonders. My favorite vitamin c serum ever. Lost count how many I've gone through.
Skin Owl Beauty Whip: I liked this a lot I just kind of stopped masking so much so about half expired. It's a creamy meets oil hydrating mask. Review HERE.
Dafna's Eye Care: I liked this slippery eye gel. I talked about it some HERE.
Honua Aloha Youth Serum: This was OK. Hydrating and creamy. It wasn't something I would buy again. It just wasn't a really wow factor product.
SUQQU Framing Eyebrow Liquid Pen Camel: Adore this brow marker. It gives faux hairs and definition that look real without looking fake or heavy. Plus it lasts. Review HERE. I will buy this forever and I'm on number four.
Biologique Recherche Masque VIP O2 & Masque Vivant: I like using these two together. Yes Vivant stinks like crap, but it's good. More to come on both.
Red Flower Devotion Moroccan Rose Body Wash: This came in my hotel in New York. The first hotel wash that's really decent. Love the warm scent.
Marajo Nourishing Cleansing Creme: I liked this. A gentle cream wash. I used it after dying my hair.
Grow Gorgeous Scalp Detox: This was absolutely terrible. It has little jojoba beads in it that don't dissolve. So I had to pick out these little beads all day long and couldn't wait to wash my hair again. Terrible idea to have ones that don't dissolve in water when you rinse.
Restorsea Rejuvenating Day Cream: This was OK. A little too heavy for a day cream for me.
David Mallett Mask No.1 L'Hydratation: I liked this enough. I honestly don't even remember where I got this. Barneys bag maybe? I used it on hair dying days.
When Snow Magic Bio-Cellulose Sheet Mask: I liked this. Bio-cellulose which I love. Good fit.
Eighth Day Skincare Dark Spot Rx: A sample size so too hard to tell if it works. I have a big one to use eventually.
Innersense Hydrating Hair Masque: I liked this whole line a lot actually. Good stuff.
Hair Rituel by Sisley Regenerating Hair Care Mask: This is really good as well. Nothing bad to say about it beyond high cost.
Priori LCA fx140Barrier Restore Complexe: This was nice. Creamy style serum. You get two uses out of it so no idea if it actually does anything or not. I like their sunscreen a lot though.
Biologique Recherche Emulsion Originelle & Mask Cream Vernix: Got samples of both in NY last fall and I freaking love them both. So good. More soon.
