December Samples & Empties

Time for the December Samples & Empties Post. Quick thoughts about each starting above.

Herbivore Coco Rose: Another empty of this gorgeous body scrub. My all time favorite. Review HERE.

Make P:rem Wonderful me. In-shower face pack: I loved this. A jelly gel kind of hydrating mask you wear in the shower. I loved how it doesn't get runny and it stays put while you shower. It also helps with preventing TEWL during the shower. I would totally buy it again plus it's affordable.

Factor Five Serum: I liked this growth factor serum. It has a nice scent, it's thin and easily absorbed. I'll be doing review soon so stay tuned.

Make P:rem UV Defense me. Blue ray sun fluid: I loved this. It's a huge bottle and I pretty much finished it. It's a physical sunscreen and has a fluid texture with little white cast. I would totally buy it again but I think it's discontinued for the moment. Review HERE.

Zelens Micro-Refiner: I like this. It's gentle. This was my second tube of this. Like a creamy enzyme base with a gentle physical exfoliant. It's just a little pricey. I talked about it HERE.

Jane Scrivner Smoothing Hyaluronic Hydrator: I liked this. I love the idea and the brand. It works. It's just such a pain to layer because it pills so easily. I probably wouldn't repurchase. Review HERE.

Sole Toscana Rosehip & Calendula Triple Cream: I liked this lightweight cream a lot. Lush light texture. Review HERE.

KIN SKIN Coffee + Honey Myrtle Mist: Loved this mist. Love the brand. Review HERE.

Earthwise Beauty Resiliency Face Serum: Love the brand. Like the idea of this and the texture. It works for so many people. Can't stand the scent. It's got a very potent scent (reminds me of vodka). Review HERE.

Kat Burki PH+ Enzyme Essence: Loved this stuff. So light. Almost like a first essence then you can follow with another essence. I would repurchase. Review HERE.

Eufloria Botanicals Wild Chaga Revival Toning Mist: Loved this mist. Great inci list. Would repurchase. Review HERE.

OKOKO Secret du Dragon Gel to Milk Cleanser & Mask: I liked this a lot. A dragon's blood oil gel balm that emulsifies to rinse clean. It can be a mask as well. More to come soon.

Perricone MD Hyalo Plasma: I adore this stuff completely. A gel cream that truly hydrates with no silicone texture. It layers beautifully. On jar three and yes would repurchase a forth time. Review HERE.

Omorovicza Blue Diamond Eye Cream: I loved this. This used to be my holy grail until I met African Botanics. This was my second tube. I really like it for a lifted look. I do like African Botanics more now though. Review HERE.

YOU Skincare Essential Hydration Serum: I love love this serum. Love the brand. So much more than a typical hydrating serum. Hello mushrooms. I have another to start up soon. Review HERE.

TATCHA Pure Camelia Cleansing Oil: I like this oil. It's not too heavy or greasy. Emulsifies and rinses clean. I'm not into cleansing oils as much as I am balms right now so I wouldn't purchase a big one just for that reason.

Aesop Resolute Hydrating Body Balm: I liked this. Heavier cream but not greasy. Has a nice green herbal scent.

YOU Skincare Radiant Perfecting Cream: This was the sample protoype version and honestly the new version is so much better. I love the new version, this one not as much.

Tata Harper Repairative Moisturizer: I love Tata's moisturizers. They're all nice. I've gone through a ton of these over the years.

Activist Cleansing Balm: Loved this cleansing balm. My favorite from the line. Has a unique gel texture that emulsifies and rinses clean. Review HERE.

Naturallogic Embody Polish: I normally love everything Naturallogic but this was the first item I just wasn't into by the brand. It was kind of runny and not as oily as I prefer.

Philip Kingsley Body Building Shampoo: Philip Kingsley is a genius. I love his stuff. This one if great for fine hair if you want volume.

Alterna Caviar Anti-Frizz Conditioner: Love Alterna Caviar line. This was a bit heavy at times for me but good for like a weekly treatment.

Veorganics Organic Body Scrub: I love the smell and ingredients of this. Literally like coffee brownie batter. It exfoliates OK but it's not very moisturizing due to there not being enough oils like a traditional oil & sugar scrub. The coffee grains make my shower a total mess. They get everywhere. That's the only reason why I wouldn't purchase it.

Klairs Toner Mate 2 in 1 Cotton Pad: Adore these. My favorite cotton pads right now. They're thin and don't waste product like my former Shiseido pads. There's two types of pads-spongy for thicker slippery essences and pressed cotton for thin liquids. Seriously these are the best. Review HERE.

The Face Shop The Solution Hydrating Face Mask: I liked it. Hydrating. Bad fit like all sheet masks. Paper mask base but the solution is nice.

5 Yina Grace Autumn Beauty Oil: This was my favorite of all the 5YINA oils. I loved this one. I might get a big one next fall.

Thriva Luxe EGF Super Serum: I liked these samples with EGF and CBD. Thin, hydrating.

Chanel Le Volume de Chanel Mascara: One of my top three favorite mascaras of all time. Cannot get enough of this one. In fact I'm wearing it today.

Earthwise Beauty Ruby Facial Oil: I liked this oil. It's a more fruit based oil. I like some of Earthwise Beauty's other oils better (like the new one) but I know this is their most popular. It's a medium weight oil.

MILK Kush Fiber Brow Gel Haze: I loved this. So far this is one of the better brow gels out there. I didn't think I liked it when I was using it, but then when I switched to something else I realized how much I loved it. I just ordered another. More to come as I will compare brow gels this year.

Pacifica Bali Coconut Lip Balm: I liked this. Light coconut scent, slightly sweet flavor. Hydrating, overall nice balm. Not my all time favorite but it's pretty good.

RevitaLash Micellar Water Lash Wash: I liked this actually. No oily feel left on my eyes after removing eye makeup but it worked well too.

UMA Absolute Anti-Aging Eye Oil: I liked this sample. I use an eye oil on weekends to soothe dry eyes before I wash my face. I like my rollerballs at night. This one is one I wouldn't buy because I like others better, but it's nice.
