I’ve been in love with Charlotte Tilbury for a long time. I’ve been purchasing her stuff from the UK long before they were full on in the US. I completely adore her lipsticks. She just launched Hot Lips 2 which has a new twist on her lipsticks. Hot Lips 2 was created in collaboration with 11 incredible icons; rule breakers, record makers and history shakers!
I reviewed the Matte Revolution formula HERE. I discussed the KISSING formula HERE. If there’s one thing Charlotte Tilbury does right it’s lipsticks. Her lipsticks are some of her best products. Hot Lips 2 is the second round and it has both Matte Revolution & KISSING lipsticks. I love the Matte Revolution for it’s comfort matte finish while the KISSING formula is the perfect hydrating creamy lipstick. This year the Hot Lips 2 comes in refillable cases. So that’s nice as you can buy a refill.
I grabbed Enigmatic Edward a clear lip treatment, In Love With Olivia a medium neutral pink, JK Magic a peachy nude pink inspired by JK Rowling, Dancefloor Princess a light neutral pink after Kylie Minogue and Red Hot Susan an orange red inspired by Susan Sarandon. All of them are fabulous colors with a great formula. Red Hot Susan is the Matte Revolution while the other three are the KISSING formula. None are shimmery they’re all creams.
I love JK Magic the most as I love nudes the most. Red Hot Susan makes a nice warmer red while In Love With Olivia is a nice medium toned pink. I thought Dancefloor Princess would be too light and cool but it actually was a nice light neutral pink. Enigmatic Edward is a good lip treatment, definitely not necessary but it’s nice. My only wish is that these came in a pick your own case with color to begin with. I love the refillable idea but I wish you could pick your case with color custom to begin with. For myself I really want JK Magic in the leopard case. My ultimate favorite if I had to choose just one is JK Magic.
