Current Favorites & Product Obsessions

This week has been a huge roller coaster for many. I wanted to highlight a few products that have been in my current rotation. I love the ESPA Fitness Shower Oil. It’s got this spicy warm scent and feel to it. It’s a lightly foaming shower oil with a red hue that’s not drying. The clove and peppermint oils give this a warming sensation on the skin. I’m almost out but I loved this one till the end. Review HERE. Mona di Orio Orio is a long time favorite of mine. It’s a woody oriental with a hypnotic floral edge. Top notes: mandarin orange, sweet pea and spices. Middle notes: jasmine, olibanum, heliotrope, ylang-ylang and vetiver. Base notes: immortelle, cedar, amber and musk. Sadly this scent is discontinued but the brand has lots of other popular scents.

Bioderma Matricium is one of my favorite soothing and reparative treatments. It helps replenish the skin with its water light texture. I like using it in the winter and when my skin needs extra help. Forever a favorite. Review HERE. Su-man is an old favorite of mine. The Velvet Skin Moisturizing Cream has this delicious light creamy texture. I’ve gone through a jar in the past. It’s got rice silk, rosehip, amino acids, peptides & Dragon’s Blood. It leaves a silky, velvety feeling on the skin. The scent is light and the texture is divine if you like a lightweight. cream. VENN Concentrated Revitalizing Lifting Mask is one of my favorite night treatments to its ability to instantly plump, firm plus get rid of lines and wrinkles overnight. I’m not a huge fan of sleeping masks but this one is divine. This has goodies like purslane, peptides, skullcap, peony and compound k which is their signature ingredient. You can read more about it HERE.

MUN AYOUR Body Toning Serum  & African Botanics Bois de Santal Hand & Body Lotion is my recent lotion/oil combo. I love mixing a body oil with a lotion. It gives the body lotion a luxury feel while it allows the body oil to last longer on my skin. The lotion has a sandalwood scent and light smooth texture while MUN has a light texture and lavender/frankincense/neroli scent. Together they make a nice combo. I think the African Botanics got discontinued, I can’t find it anyway. That’s a bummer I hope there’s something good to replace it soon.

I haven’t been into MAC Cosmetics in ages but their new Glow Play Blush in Blush, Please is the perfect bouncy pink nude cream blush. I love a good cream blush and this is one of them. This is one of the best cream blush formulas I’ve come across in a while. It’s dry enough to not slip plus it has good pigmentation. Natasha Denona I Need A Nude Lipstick is so creamy and lush. Alison is described as a medium dusty coral but it’s really more of a medium warm nude pink. I am so in love with its ultimate creamy texture and vanilla scent. It’s so cushy and divine. It you love a good creamy nude lipstick with a non-drying satin finish then you need this one. There’s a tone of shades and I will say they set a touch darker so definitely check them out and keep in mind their colors do change slightly.
