December Samples & Empties Part 2

Time for the December Samples & Empties Post Part 2. Quite overdue sorry. Quick thoughts about each.

John Masters Organics Lavender & Avocado Intensive Conditioner: I adore this conditioner. So light and doesn't weigh my hair down, yet it hydrates well. Hero product. Review HERE.

January Labs Retexturizing Night Cream: I wanted to love this as I love the brand. It was not good at playing well with others in layering. It also has lactic acid in it so that makes it harder to rotate and add into a routine. It really would be best almost alone or in a very very minimal routine. More to come.

Herbivore Botanicals Coco Rose: Monthly empty jar. Love the stuff. As you know by now. 20% off all month long on Herbovore's site. Hero Product. Review HERE.

Su-man Purifying Cleanser Gel-Oil: This is what got me into oil gel balms and oil cleansers. I adore this product. Fragrance free. It's a lighter gel balm so good if you're not into oils but still want to try them slightly. I talked about it HERE & HERE.

Fresh Sugar Face Polish: I go through maybe a jar a year. This has been a staple in my closet for 10-15 years easy. Review HERE.

Hylamide SubQ Anti-Age: I love the texture of this more than The Ordinary HA products. It's thin and absorbs well. This also has a retinoid beyond hydration. Review HERE.

Renee Rouleau Overnight Serum: Loved this antioxidant peptide serum. New review HERE.

Odacite Ba+S Eye Contour: I'm sad this is gone. This was my weekend treat for my dry eyes.

Alterna Caviar Volume Shampoo: I like this shampoo. Still hydrating like Alterna caviar, but lighter. I would repurchase.

Armani Eyes to Kill Classic Mascara: One of my holy grail mascaras. It gives volume while always remaining non-clumpy and full. I have bought more tubes of this than I can count. I do mean to fully review it one day.

Kat Burki Retin-C Treatment Complex: This was divine. The thin serum texture sinks right in. Vit C & retinol combo that really worked. My skin looked so much better using this. I plan to buy a big one eventually after I work through a few others.

Sisley Grapefruit Toning Lotion: This was OK. A basic clear fruit toner. It wasn't anything that stood out enough to make me wants to buy a big one.

Kat Burki Hand Therapy: Love this hydrating hand cream. It's heavy but not too heavy. Smells like a dream. I would repurchase.

By Terry Mascara Terrybly: This is OK. It flakes a little more than I like. It's a tad too dry for me as well.

Urban Decay Perversion Mascara: I do like this mascara as well. It's very wet and a deep black. I like the volume and no clumps in general.

Sonage Vitality Nourishing Facial Oil: This was OK. It was so strongly scented in the essential oil area. Very green sage oil scent. I actually liked it more as a relaxing oil to rub on my chest at night.

Oribe Gold Lust Shampoo: Love this. Oribe can't go wrong. Hydrating but not too much.

Le Metier de Beaute Detoxifying Charcoal & Coconut Face Mask: This is interesting from my subscription box. It has a very strong smell from the ingredients that make it a peel off mask maybe? It does lift and detox. It's a charcoal peel off mask. I was lucky to win a large jar so I'll be using that and let you know more about it.

Christophe Robin Regenerating Mask: The scent is noxious in this one. Very French and overwhelming for me. It's a heavier hair mask.

Perricone MD Cold Plasma: I used to love this stuff. Seems like it got revamped. It used to be thinner, now it's a bit thicker. The scent is improved. I don't know that I like it enough to buy it again.

Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Cream: This was nice. A heavier cream. Not too heavy. Not to light.

Huxley Essence; Grab Water: I like this hydrating serum. Review HERE.

By Terry Liftessence Night Cream: I like the texture of this. A medium weight cream. The scent was very By Terry rose but not as bad as I expected.

Dr. Hauschka Lip Care Stick: I love this lip balm. It's the perfect stick applicator. It's hydrating and I've bought it multiple times. I talked about it some HERE.

Sisley Essential Skin Care Lotion: I loved this lightweight hydrating creamy toner lotion. So much that I bought a big one. No scent which I like.

WHAMISA Organic Flowers Deep Rich Toner: I love this toner. It's almost essence like. Very hydrating, kind of slippery. I would buy a big one some day.

YOU Skincare Moisture Replenishing Essence: I loved this essence. Also a hydrating, slippery toner. More to come.

Saturday Skin Freeze Frame: This was really thick for an essence. Almost like a gel cream but with a bouncy texture. Very fun and different.

OSKIA Renaissance 360: I like this cream enough. It's OSKIA so it's good. I wish the SPF was on the side because I might actually enjoy this at night too.

Goodal Waterest Clear Up Gauze: These are different. Exfoliants from citric extracts only. The natural gauze is weird, a touch rough. I probably wouldn't grab it again. I don't even know if you can buy it separately as it came in a set with the essence toner that's now discontinued.

Pyunkang Yul Balancing Gel: I liked this. Very hydrating gel yet light. I like this line and will be exploring it more.

Belif Hungarian Water Essence: I liked this enough. A light clear toner. It wasn't unique enough for me to want to grab a big one right now.

Fresh Vitamin Nectar Face Mask: I love the idea of this. I hate the bigger chunks in it. I like it in the shower because it contains the mess. Review HERE.

LEE JIHAM Vita-Propolis Ampoule: I have been wanting to try this forever. It's a thin concentrated serum. I have a big one to try coming up.

Sunday Riley Good Genes: I love this lactic acid serum even though it smells like cat pee. I use it maybe once a month. I have used it nightly in the past and it's potent but really good. Review HERE.

Patchology Restoring Night Eye Gels: These were nice eye gels. Most eye patches are overpriced for me. They do work great though.

MAC Matchmaster Foundation 3.0: Too light for me. So I couldn't even play with it.

Pyunkank Yul Nutrition Cream: This was a nice light cream. Fragrance free. Seemed non-irritating and gentle.

Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner: This was a nice light hydrating toner.

Charlotte Tilbury Unisex Healthy Glow: I wanted to really like this but it made me too bronzed. Otherwise it would have been good.
